条款和条件，取消政策

• Payment must be made within 3 days after reservation date and not later than 7 day(s) before tour date otherwise reservation expires;
• Koh Sanuk 保留因不可预见情况（例如天气状况）取消或推迟行程的权利。经协商，行程可改期至其他日期，或公司将全额退款。;
• 如遇天气（风、浪）不佳导致行程无法执行，服务提供商保留更改行程和/或目的地的权利。;
• Client has the right to cancel a booking up to 3 day(s) prior to the tour date. Is this case Koh Sanuk will refund full payment minus bank fee;
• From 3 day(s) up to 1 day(s) before the tour date Koh Sanuk reserves the right charge up to 50% cancellation fee;
• In case of cancellation in 1 day(s) or less from the tour date/time or "No Show", Koh Sanuk will charge up to 100% invoice amount cancellation fee.
