条款和条件，取消政策

• Payment must be made within 3 days after reservation date and not later than 3 day(s) before tour date otherwise reservation expires;
• Koh Sanuk保留因不可预见的情况（如天气条件）而取消或推迟旅行的权利。通过协议旅游可以重新安排到另一天或公司将全额退款;
• 如果天气（风和浪）不允许执行旅程行程，服务提供商保留更改旅程行程和/或目的地的权利;
• 客户有权在旅游日期之前取消预订天数 3 天。这种情况Koh Suuk将退还全部付款减去银行费用;
• From 3 day(s) up to 1 day(s) before the tour date Koh Sanuk reserves the right charge up to 50% cancellation fee;
